Na fali

You have influence. How much changes when you use it with full presence?

You run the company. The people, the results and the decisions are all on you. And you're probably handling it well. But maybe it's time to ask a different question: is the life you've built also the life you want to be living?

Na fali is 14 days in Cozumel (12 days of work and regeneration) for business owners, company co-owners and leaders. No more training, no more to-do lists — instead, space for your body, your mind, your emotions, other people, and the conversations you usually don't have time for.

Let's talk Who is this trip for?

12 spots · Hotel Ventanas al Mar · hosted by Kasia and Magda · departure from Poland Jan 10, 2027

Who it's for, and why

You're handling it. You're succeeding. At what cost?

You run a company. A team. Projects. You make dozens of decisions. People come to you for answers. Your phone is always close by. Your head keeps working even when you're officially off. It works. Until it doesn't.

You don't have to be burned out to feel like you want something different. More space. More energy. More life outside the role. And success that doesn't require constantly pushing past your own limits.

The pressure to have an answer for everything. One decision after another, complaints, someone who didn't deliver. A nervous system that won't come off alert. Tension that doesn't go away. Cutting yourself off, or fight and flight.

This trip is for business owners and company co-owners and leaders who run teams and answer for results and big decisions, and who want to be more aware and enjoy life more. For people who value authenticity, coherence and freedom. Who want to build businesses, relationships and systems this way, but feel it is hard, sometimes impossible. Who are looking for inspiration and the experience that it can be different.

This trip is not about leadership or business. That context is the starting point, because it is shared by the group that will gather. But the trip is about you: how you are in that context and what you feel in it. How and where you want to be. What you long for. What is hard. What you want to change.

The group is an important point of reference

People of a similar position, competence, responsibility and skills come together on this trip. You understand your context: you know what you are dealing with and what responsibility you carry. You don't have to explain how it is. That is the strength of people who are similar to one another and face similar things: the group understands each other without many words and becomes both a mirror and a support for each of you. Such a group is an inspiration to itself.

You know how to grow a company. Give yourself the space to grow just as consciously.

What if it could be different?

At work you take responsibility for others. Here, only for yourself. Here, you don't have to do anything.

You wake up slowly, at your own pace. You have time to move, to eat breakfast, to have a conversation you don't have to end after 30 minutes. You try something you don't have to be good at. You get in the ocean. You laugh. You sleep.

You talk to people who understand the weight you carry every day — but for a while, no one needs an answer from you. And somewhere between the ocean, the movement, the quiet and the conversation, you start hearing yourself again.

You're not running from your life. You're remembering how you want to live it.

You're not going there to rest from your life. You're going to learn to live it differently — without the pressure, without the rush.

What this trip gives you

It's not about doing nothing. It's about finding your own rhythm, in which action, rest and joy of life form a harmonious whole.

This is a trip that can recharge your batteries for a long time.

Energy

Your body and mind get a chance to recover. You learn to notice overload earlier, instead of only when your system says "stop."

A clearer direction

Distance from everyday life helps you see the direction and decisions you can't see from inside the next meeting.

Lightness

Dancing. Diving. Movement. Being a beginner. Doing something without an outcome, without needing to be the best.

Relationships

Meet people who get what you carry. 12 people who know success and pressure. No titles at the table — just real conversations that don't end when the trip does. They stay as support, for when the old overload creeps back in after you return.

"We don't teach you to manage your company better. We help you manage yourself better, in a life where you also manage a company."

A space that listens

This is a space where you can rest. Simply be. Fully yourself. With everything that lives in you.

You can be seen. You can be heard. You can matter. It's enough that you are here, with everything that lives in you.

Our path through life is often lonely. We listen to others, act in roles, and in survival mode we do a lot for others. Sometimes we receive, but more often we give. It's time to receive yourself. To stop for yourself. In yourself. Beside yourself.

This is a space of being together, without roles, without masks, without "I have to be a certain way." You don't need to explain, analyze or "speak well." You don't have to change; if change comes, it will come by itself. We aren't looking for ready-made answers. Questions lead, answers arrive on their own.

Each of us is on some threshold of change. We don't have to cross it alone.

Why “Na fali”

The wave carries you. But you decide how to ride it.

On a wave it's light. The wave carries you, and you let yourself be carried. But anyone who has swum in the ocean knows the wave ends and the water doesn't listen to our plans. That is the one certain thing. The question is not whether that will happen, but how you will be in the water when it does.

Anyone who swims in the ocean learns not only to swim but also to float: to loosen the body instead of stiffening, not to fight the wave, to let yourself be lifted to the surface. A body that remembers that the wave lifts and lowers doesn't freeze in tension. It can get through a harder moment with lightness, without weight.

Diving teaches the same from the other side. Underwater everything rests on the breath: you breathe calmly and without a break, even when something is happening. You are only with yourself, attentive to what is happening inside you and around you. Panic means high risk here, even when others are nearby. The breath is what holds you.

Life is the same. The wave that carries you eventually ends: tiredness, loss, change or crisis arrives. You can't avoid it. But you can prepare: a body that knows how to stop and breathe, attention that notices what is happening, and people beside you when you can't manage alone.

This is what we teach the body on this trip: in the sessions, in the breath and in the water. How to stay on the wave as long as possible, and when the wave drops, not to panic, but to breathe and let yourself be lifted.

On a wave it's light. Lightness doesn't come from having no weight, but from a body prepared for what will come.

12 days of work and regeneration · Jan 11–24

Connection Work sessions and real rest — in proportions you can actually handle

This isn't an all-inclusive holiday, and it isn't therapy. It's a program of Connection Work sessions — 30 hours across 6 session days (3 hours in the morning and 2 in the afternoon) — interwoven with movement, water and rest. The first and last day are mostly travel, so we realistically work about 12 days.

6 days

Connection Work sessions

About 5 hours a day, with a break for the beach and lunch.

6 days

Activities

Instead of the session: diving, snorkeling, Isla de Pasión.

Every day

Rest

Meals, beach, free time — no rushing between items on the program.

Your own pace

The schedule is a frame, not an obligation. Morning movement, activities and dancing are invitations — you can skip any element and use that time to rest. Nobody takes attendance or judges your engagement. The Connection Work sessions are the heart of the trip — we count on you being there, but at your own pace: you share as much as you want.

What we don't promise

We don't guarantee transformation or specific outcomes — everyone goes home with something different. What we promise is space, facilitation, a well-matched group, and a rhythm in which you can hear yourself.

Approach and methods

Connection Work: through awareness to connection

Many people know a lot about themselves. They have read the books, been to the trainings, recognise their patterns. And yet in a difficult moment they react the old way. That is because a program is not only a thought. It is also an emotion frozen in the body and energy that once could not discharge. Knowledge alone will not change that.

Connection Work is a method in which what a person knows about themselves in the head begins to be felt and experienced in the body and in the heart. It rests on three elements:

Presence

A safe space in which you can pause and hear yourself.

Recognition

Telling apart what is your own truth from what is a program carried over from the system you come from.

Release

Emotions and sensations experienced in the body lead to the release of blocks and burdens. The work happens through presence, conversation, breath and attention to sensations, without touch.

Why on a retreat. In everyday life, people go back after a session to the same systems that keep their programs going. A retreat gives what a consulting room cannot: time, distance from daily life and a group walking this road together. The ocean, nature and a calm rhythm of days help the nervous system slow down. And a calm nervous system is the condition for what is held to be released.

In the group, the work is the same as one-to-one. One person is invited to work while the others are present and take something from it for themselves. Very often one person’s story touches in others what has long been waiting to be noticed.

Simply being in the process is an essential part of understanding. Only when understanding appears can a solution emerge. That is the kind of being in the process we invite participants into.

You are good at solutions, it is your everyday strength. Here we stop you, so that you stay with the process of understanding: yourself within yourself, or your dilemma.

The rhythm: six session days

Connection Work sessions take place every other day, over six days. Each session day has two parts: a morning session (3 hours) and an afternoon session (2 hours). Together that is 30 hours of work.

Morning · 3 h

Main session work

Introducing the theme of the day and individual work with chosen people in the presence of the group. Purpose: to stir and release.

Afternoon · 2 h

Integration and deepening

Breath and attention to sensations, work in pairs or small groups, sharing. Purpose: to receive and understand.

This rhythm is not accidental. Change does not happen only during the sessions. It also happens afterwards, when the body and nervous system absorb what has been stirred. That is why every day of work is followed by an integration day: no sessions, time for rest, the ocean, nature, movement and being with yourself. For each such day, participants get one simple question to reflect on.

The trip creates conditions for reflection: time and place to look where there is normally no time. It can stir things up, bring out emotions, open something that moves you deeply. There is room for that, and we know how to be with it.

From experience of working with people we know that such being can be an intense experience. Experiencing such seeing loosens blocks and can reveal pain that sits deep. It also shows how much we long for it and how much we have missed it. It can also bring up fear of it, because we do not know this quality of presence if we have never experienced it in life. Simply allowing emotions can bring intensity. That is why this place can be intense in how emotions are experienced. That is also why it is a training: of widening and holding different emotions in ourselves, and of being able to be with the emotions of others, which we hold and can stay with. Everything happens at your pace.

The six session days

The six session days lead along the road back to yourself, step by step. Each day has its theme, but not a rigid script. We follow what arises in the group.

Session 1

Arrive and pause

Through hurry to presence.

Getting to know each other, a safe circle and working agreements. Introduction to Connection Work, breath and attention to bodily sensations.

Session 2

Two ways of living

Through the mind to the heart.

Living from the mind and from the heart: where fear and control rule, and where there is trust.

Session 3

Where it came from

Through the program to the truth.

The system we come from, the programs we carry and the sensations that go with them.

Session 4

In between

Through weight to lightness.

The deepest day of work: where the head already sees, while the body still reacts the old way.

Session 5

Standing up for yourself

Through control to trust.

Boundaries, agreement and disagreement, the right to your own path, and the experience of being heard.

Session 6

Free systems

Through awareness to connection.

Return to everyday life: which relationships, work and systems I want to co-create, and what I take with me.

“It is not about knowing more and more about yourself. It is about being more and more yourself.”

Stages of the journey

Stage 1

Entering the group

We get to know each other, set the working agreements, slow down.

Stage 2

Deepening

Connection Work sessions, work with body and breath, movement and water.

Stage 3

Integration

We connect what you have seen with everyday life.

Stage 4

Return

We close the trip and go home with a group that stays.

Working agreements

  • Confidentiality: what is said in the sessions stays in the group.
  • Discretion: we do not talk outside the group about what we heard.
  • No recordings: no photos or recordings of the sessions.
  • Voluntary: everyone decides whether and how deeply to enter the work. You can also simply be present and draw from others’ work.
  • The work happens without touch: through presence, conversation, breath and attention to sensations.
  • This is not therapy in the medical sense. It does not treat illness and does not replace psychiatric help or psychotherapy when someone needs it.

What you take with you

Tools and experiences that stay with you

You'll receive

  • an experience of communication without judgment,
  • an experience of nervous-system regulation in the presence of another person,
  • knowledge about emotions and about people, based on lived experience,
  • tools for regulating the nervous system that you can use every day,
  • additional tools chosen for the participants' needs,
  • recognising your own patterns and where they came from,
  • an experience of releasing blocks that have held tension for years,
  • an experience of lightness,
  • a book as a PDF, as a gift: “Rozmowa o wpływie” (“A Conversation About Influence”).

After the trip, you can

  • You can feel more deeply and more clearly.
  • You'll notice more easily when someone crosses your boundaries or pulls you into a game.
  • You have more room for your own and others' emotions, so emotional blackmail finds it harder to catch you.
  • You can say what you see and feel, instead of hiding, waiting it out or playing.
  • You can choose the people you're on the same path with, and not work with everyone.
  • You stop waiting for someone to change and stop giving endless chances.
  • You judge less, and more often invite responsibility and partnership.
  • Conflicts don't disappear, but you can return to them with reflection and leave the other person room to come back.

The change doesn't end when the trip does. This is where you can discover a new way of being with yourself, one that with every following day becomes part of your life and of the system you create.

Why us

Why us, why all the way there, and why this format

Why us

  • Many shared years of working with people, leaders and teams, and of leading and coordinating projects, including several retreats.
  • Presence instead of advice: no judgment, no fixing, no pressure.
  • Many approaches in one: cognitive, emotional, work with body and breath. We choose tools for the group's needs.
  • We can be with difficult emotions, within safe limits. This is not therapy.
  • A process, not a one-off event: the group runs a month before the trip and 3 months after.
  • We're accountable for how we lead the process and for what we promise.
  • Two hosts who complement each other: coaching, work with emotions and body, and experience running a company.

Why all the way to Mexico

  • The Caribbean: ocean, warm air and sun. The body naturally comes off alert.
  • Mexico teaches you to let go of control and respond to what is.
  • Lightness, dance and water: an invitation for the body to function in a different way.
  • Kasia lives between Poland and Mexico, so we know the place, the people and the logistics on site.
  • Distance from the company really helps: it's easier to disconnect when you're far away and no one here knows you as the boss.

Why this format

  • A small group (12 people): there is room for everyone.
  • Sessions based on lived experience, not lectures.
  • Nervous-system regulation exercises in the presence of another person.
  • 14 days: the nervous system needs time to stop and begin to trust.
  • A process can't be squeezed into a weekend, so there is a before and an after.

Mexico is a specific place. Life feels lighter here, with fuller engagement in what is happening here and now. At the same time, it teaches patience, and that things are not always as we plan or want them, even when we have agreed on something. It is a culture where control and pressure are quickly replaced by readiness for change, flexibility and unpredictability.

An invitation

A new project, a new format

This trip is a new project and a new format. It was born out of life: out of our experience, our skills and the availability of this place, which came together and met. This is not the first process we have led with people. We have worked with people for years, but this format is something we are meeting for the first time.

That is why you won't find testimonials here: nobody has lived it yet. We invite you to co-create it with us.

A stack of balanced stones by the sea

"Mental resilience today isn't a 'soft' skill for leaders — it's the foundation: the ability to act and decide under the pressure of results, uncertainty, and change fatigue."

From leadership trend reports for 2026

You don't have to wait for a breakdown to start caring for your balance — more and more research points to it as one of the key competencies for leaders in the years ahead.

Rooms

Where you will stay

Hotel Ventanas al Mar on Cozumel is an intimate place on the island’s wild eastern coast, far from the tourist bustle. Here the rhythm of the day is set by the ocean, the sound of the waves and the closeness of nature. It is a space that supports calm, regeneration and truly resting.

Participants will stay in double rooms. In exceptional cases a single room is possible, and when three people share a room the price may be lower (arranged individually). Each room has its own unique character, and the ocean is always close.

Two weeks away from the company can also be an interesting test: what actually needs your presence, and what's just gotten used to you always being available?

Responsibility and authenticity

We believe real change begins where awareness, freedom of choice and a readiness to take responsibility for one’s own life appear.

We create a space built on trust, respect and authenticity. We bring our experience, attentiveness and proven ways of working, caring for the quality of the process, the atmosphere and the conditions in which everyone can discover their own answers and experience new possibilities.

We accompany, inspire and open up perspectives. At the same time, we leave everyone free to choose their own path, pace and depth of experience. We believe it is precisely this combination of conscious facilitation and personal agency that creates space for lasting change.

Our intention is for the “Na fali” experience to reach beyond the trip itself — becoming the beginning of a more conscious, authentic and lighter life.

Our mission

We support people in creating free, conscious relationships and healthy systems — in life, family and business. Systems that leave room for authenticity, mutual respect, responsibility and the courage to be yourself.

Let's talk

12 spots. You can come with a partner who is established in a professional context.

Questions and answers

Before you ask

I've never dived — will I manage?

Yes. All activities are led by local instructors, from scratch, with no pressure to perform at any level. That's one of the goals of this retreat — being a beginner without the pressure to be good right away.

Diving and the other activities — are they safe for me?

Diving and the other physical activities carry some inherent risk, so before the trip — and before diving in particular — it's worth checking with a doctor about your health. We're not a travel agency and we're not responsible for your health or for accidents during activities: you take part at your own risk and arrange your own insurance (we recommend travel insurance that covers water sports). Before departure, we'll ask you to sign a statement that you take full responsibility for yourself in all retreat activities.

Open the health & liability statement → · or download the PDF

Who's coming, and how do you select the group?

The group is part of what we offer and an important point of reference: 12 people at a similar level, with similar experience and responsibility, who understand their context and what they are dealing with. That is the strength of people who are similar to one another and face similar things. They are business owners, company co-owners and leaders. We take care in selecting: before you sign up, we talk with each person to check whether this trip is right for them and whether the group fits together. What's said in the sessions stays in the group — our work is built on confidentiality.

Isn't this too general? What exactly will we do?

The format is concrete: the sessions have a clear rhythm (six days, 3 hours in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, integration days in between), fixed confidentiality rules and a method with years of practice. What you take from it is less concrete, because it depends on you. We don't promise ready-made solutions. We promise a space where you can hear them yourself. You can read about the method in the "Approach and methods" section.

Will it be emotionally intense?

It can be. This kind of being together can be an intense experience: it loosens blockages and can reveal pain and longing, and also fear, because we don't always know this quality of presence. There is room for that and we know how to be with it. Everything happens at your own pace and you don't have to say anything. It is training in holding your own emotions and being with others'. This is not therapy. If you are in a difficult moment in life right now, write to us before signing up and we'll talk about whether this trip is right for you.

Do I have to talk about myself in front of everyone?

No. You speak as much as you want. No one is forced to speak, and everything said in the sessions stays in the group. The hosts don't advise or judge.

I'm coming alone — is that a problem?

No. Most participants come on their own. With a group of 12 and a shared program, no one is ever on their own.

Can I come with my partner?

Yes, if your partner runs a business or is established in a professional context, this is a good place for both of you. If not, it can be difficult for the group, because this trip addresses you in your professional context. We know the family context can also come up, but we don't want it dominated by your relationship. If you are unsure, write to us and we will talk before you decide.

Can I have a single room?

Yes, in exceptional cases that's possible. The costs in the table are for a double room (price per person). If three people share a room, the price per person may be lower. We arrange both individually. Once you've met, you'll decide who wants to share a room with whom, before you check in. A month in the group on WhatsApp, a long shared journey and the first sessions will help you feel who you want to room with. We'll give you the single-room price after you send us an inquiry.

Will I have access to my phone and the internet?

That's your call — you're an adult, and you decide whether to hand over your phone for the whole retreat or use it only between the sessions and the activities. The only ask: don't bring your phone to the sessions. There's internet at the hotel, and outside of it you can get a local e-SIM and stay reachable via WhatsApp — if your company really needed you, there's always a way to reach you.

Will photos be taken? What if I don't want to appear in them?

Yes, we take photos and videos during the retreat — some of them may end up in Na fali's promotional materials. If you'd rather your likeness not be published, let us know before the trip: we'll prepare the right statement for you to sign (either consenting, or opting out), so we know in advance and can respect that.

What exactly is included in our fee, and what do I pay separately?

The cost of the trip has three parts. (1) Our fee, 4,700 PLN, paid to the bank account we indicate: participation in the 14-day “Na fali” program, including 6 days of in-depth work in the circle, about 30 hours of Connection Work sessions plus an opening and a closing circle, facilitation by two experienced hosts, preparation of the program and organizational coordination. (2) Travel and stay, about 9,480 PLN: flight, Hotel Ventanas al Mar (13 nights, double room) and meals. You settle these directly with the providers; we coordinate, and you pay the providers directly. In exceptional cases a single room is possible, and when three people share a room the price may be lower (arranged individually). (3) Activities and transfers, 10,000 MXN (approx. 2,150 PLN) in cash, settled on site: airport and local transfers, the ferry to Cozumel, diving, salsa lessons, the temazcal ceremony and the boat trip to Isla de Pasión. It is also worth planning for travel insurance, personal expenses and a reserve for unforeseen situations. We take no margin on the costs in points 2 and 3.

Is this an organized tour or package holiday?

No. We're not a tour operator. We run a personal-development program (the Connection Work sessions and coordination), while flights, accommodation and local excursions are booked and paid for by each participant on their own, directly with the providers — we just help plan them well.

What's the food like / do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

The diet can be whatever you need — vegan, vegetarian, or simply local. Let us know what you need (including allergies or other restrictions) — we'll match the places where we eat accordingly.

Is alcohol part of the retreat?

In short, no — we don't drink alcohol during the retreat. These 14 days are about staying in a natural, clear state: no substances that cloud perception and pull you away from what you actually came here for. The one exception is the occasional group night out dancing off-site, where everyone makes their own call. If regular drinking is an important part of how you unwind, it's worth thinking that through before you sign up — this isn't that kind of trip.

What if the trip is cancelled?

If we cancel the trip (for example, if the group doesn't come together), we refund in full the fee you paid us. That's why, before you start booking flights and accommodation, we'll confirm that the trip is going ahead. You book flights and the hotel with the providers, and they set the rules for changes and refunds, so check their terms before you buy.

What if I need to cancel?

If you cancel, we refund 50% of the full program fee (2,350 PLN), provided you have paid it in full. If only the 50% deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable. Flights, the hotel and activities are the responsibility of their providers, who set the rules for changes and refunds, so check their terms before booking. We also recommend getting travel insurance with a trip-cancellation option.
