Day-by-day program
beyond the usual patterns
14 days have their own fixed routine — and that's what makes them beautiful. You don't have to come up with anything, you don't have to decide anything. The same pillars every day: morning movement, knowledge and practice in the sessions, rest on the beach, a shared table, dancing in the evening. Body and mind learn a rhythm that doesn't overload — because unlike an "ordinary" holiday, there's nothing here to catch up on or plan.
Every other day the same routine changes one element: Connection Work sessions give way to an activity — diving, snorkeling, an excursion. The rest of the day stays the same. This isn't chaos or "packing in" attractions — it's an alternation: a day of building knowledge and awareness, a day of experiencing and acting with the body. One feeds the other.
We called it "out of the box" — beyond the usual patterns. Because the point is to step out, for these 14 days, of the role of the expert who knows everything and manages everything, and to let yourself be a beginner: a beginner underwater, a beginner on the dance floor. Curiosity and openness instead of "I already know how this works." Lightness of action instead of the pressure of results. And — maybe most importantly — learning not to give up when something doesn't work the first time, in a safe group that's got your back.
Connection Work sessions
Connection Work is a method in which what a person knows about themselves in the head begins to be felt and experienced in the body and in the heart. Many people know a lot about themselves and still react the old way in a difficult moment. That is because a program is not only a thought. It is also an emotion frozen in the body. Knowledge alone will not change that.
The work happens through presence, conversation, breath and attention to sensations, without touch. In a group it is the same as one-to-one: one person is invited to work while the others are present and take something from it for themselves. Very often one person’s story touches in others what has long been waiting to be noticed.
A retreat gives what a consulting room cannot: time, distance from daily life and a group walking this road together. The ocean, nature and a calm rhythm of days help the nervous system slow down, and a calm nervous system is the condition for what is held to be released.
Sessions take place every other day, over six days: 3 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon, 30 hours of work in total. Change does not happen only during the sessions, but also afterwards, when the body and nervous system absorb what has been stirred. That is why every session day is followed by an integration day: no sessions, time for rest, the ocean, nature, movement and being with yourself. For each such day you get one simple question to reflect on. You will find the plan of the six session days below, in the day-by-day schedule.
The conditions favour reflection: there is time to look where there is normally no time. It can stir things up, bring out emotions, open something that moves you deeply. There is room for that, and we know how to be with it. You do not need to arrive with ready answers or be able to name what you feel. Everyone decides for themselves whether and how deeply to enter the work. You can also simply be present and draw from the work of others.
Simply being in the process is an essential part of understanding. Only when understanding appears can a solution emerge. That is the kind of being in the process we invite participants into.
From experience of working with people we know that such being can be an intense experience. Experiencing such seeing loosens blocks and can reveal pain that sits deep. It also shows how much we long for it and how much we have missed it. It can also bring up fear of it, because we do not know this quality of presence if we have never experienced it in life. Simply allowing emotions can bring intensity. That is why this place can be intense in how emotions are experienced. That is also why it is a training: of widening and holding different emotions in ourselves, and of being able to be with the emotions of others, which we hold and can stay with. Everything happens at your pace.
Presence
A safe space in which you can pause and hear yourself
Recognition
Telling your own truth apart from a program carried over from the system you come from
Release
Emotions and sensations experienced in the body lead to the release of blocks and burdens

Guide
A quick rundown of what's behind each name in the program — so nothing comes as a surprise.
14 days
Jan 10, 2027 — flight out from Poland · Jan 11–24, 2027 — Cozumel, Mexico · Jan 24, 2027 — flight out from Cancún
The plan below shows the structure of the rhythm — which days are Connection Work sessions and which are activity days — and a sample flow. We arrange the instructors for specific days, and you get the structure of the program. Everyone decides on their own pace and on what they take part in.
Arrival in Mexico, transport to Ventanas al Mar, unpacking. In the evening, a short welcome gathering: we get to know each other.
Arrive and pause. Through hurry to presence. Morning (3 h) — Getting to know each other, building a safe circle and working agreements. Introduction to Connection Work. First question: what am I arriving with and what am I looking for. Afternoon (2 h) — Breath and attention to sensations in the body. Learning to notice what is happening in me, without judging. In the evening, a salsa lesson.
Diving with a local instructor. If you prefer, rest by the ocean.
Two ways of living. Through the mind to the heart. Morning (3 h) — Living from the mind and living from the heart. Where in my life fear and control rule, and where there is trust. Individual work with chosen people. Afternoon (2 h) — Work in pairs. How my body reacts when I act from control, and when I trust. In the evening, a dance lesson.
Diving. Temazcal in the afternoon.
Where it came from. Through the program to the truth. Morning (3 h) — The system I come from. Which programs I carry from it and how I interpret the world through them. Guilt and responsibility. Work with the field of the system. Afternoon (2 h) — Recognising my own program-sentences and the sensations that go with them. Sharing in small groups. In the evening, a dance lesson.
Ocean snorkeling, with a party.
In between. Through weight to lightness. Morning (3 h) — The deepest day of work. The place where the head already sees while the body still reacts the old way. Work with blocks: emotions and sensations experienced in the body lead to their release. Afternoon (2 h) — Calm integration. Breath, rest, a short sharing of what has changed. In the evening, dancing.
Diving.
Standing up for yourself. Through control to trust. Morning (3 h) — Boundaries, agreement and disagreement. How to say “I disagree” without a fight, and how to let go of what does not serve, gently. Loyalty to old systems and the right to your own path. Afternoon (2 h) — Work in pairs, saying out loud what is in me. Experiencing what it is like to be heard. In the evening, a group night out dancing (salsa).
Diving. Temazcal in the afternoon.
Free systems. Through awareness to connection. Morning (3 h) — Return to everyday life. Which relationships, work and systems I want to co-create. What I take with me and what I need so that the old does not pull me back. Afternoon (2 h) — Closing the work of the group. Gratitude and farewell. In the evening, a dance lesson.
Boat trip to Isla de Pasión and a farewell for the group.
Packing, one last rest, flight out from Cancún.
Indicative program — we arrange the instructors for specific days, and everyone decides on their own pace. Exact times for the Isla de Pasión excursion are confirmed closer to the date.
